Happy Easter Greeting Card with Free Printable!

Easter is late this year! Wasn't it in March last year? Well whenever Easter arrives, I'll be ready with this 3-D Easter egg greeting card. I've created a PDF that you can download and print, so you can make your very own Easter card.

What You'll Need:
-Happy Easter Egg Card PDF
-cardstock
-plain white paper
-glue (I used rubber cement)
-scissors

Print the first page of the 'Happy Easter Egg Card' file onto cardstock paper. Cut the card out, just inside the grey line, then fold it in half.

Print the second page (the eggs) on regular white paper. Annoying to print with 2 different kinds of paper? Perhaps, but using cardstock for the 3-D egg will make your card way too thick. Cut just inside the grey line so that it does not show on your Easter eggs. Fold each paper egg in half with the pretty side facing in.

Apply glue to the backside of one half of an egg and glue it to the back half of another egg. Continue until all 5 of your paper eggs are together. It will look like a mini egg-shaped book when you are done.

Now glue the back of your 'mini egg book' and apply it to the inside fold of the card.

Lastly, write a cheesy egg pun inside of the card - it will crack people up!

I desperately want to use my backdrop fabric for an Easter-themed project. Any ideas?

  1. That is so fun! I know some kids (and adults) who would be fascinated with the 3-d egg!
